The Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) and the provider of strategic workforce solutions, Manpower, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on June 20, on their continued cooperation in developing Vietnam's human resource market in the 2018-2021 period.

From 2007 to 2016, the central budget allocated VND113.306 trillion as assistance for revolutionary contributors. In addition, local budgets earmarked some VND2 trillion each year to support revolutionary contributors, the Ministry of Labour, War-Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) has reported.
